I really like driving this vehicle..It seems to have good power, pleasant ride and lots of features and gizmos and gadgets Brenda is a terrific asset to your dealership. She is knowledgeable, capable, quick thinking and very communicative. She knows what she is doing and she was responsive to my inquiries.

Hi Joe, we ended up purchasing our Range Rover Sport from your dealership after looking at many other RR's at other dealerships. Several reasons? first your add on ebay was excellent, plenty of info and lots of great pics of the vehicle. Second we got a very quick response when we inquired about the car, and not a lot of heavy selling tactics. And Third, your salesmen are top notch, especially Web, Ryan, and Bryan Gostinger. They answered every question, and worked to get in our budget. When we arrived at the dealership to view the car it was completely detailed and ready for a test drive.

I want to thank Frank and your dealership for making what started out as a not so good experience a few weeks ago with another dealership seem worth the wait. We were extremely pleased at the ease of buying the vehicle and being able to take the vehicle home and having no surprises or issues everything was as advertised. I write this letter to commend your dealership and personnel. My recent lease/purchase of the 2011 XJL was a most pleasant experience. I have purchased many automobiles over the years, my first being a 1956 Chevy Bel-Air-Convertible ($2,485.00!!). Working with Frank and Joe was the best experience in automobile deals by far. They were courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Even Avidan, in finance, usually a nightmare experience, was friendly, understanding and articulate in the process. Web and Garrett just thought I would email you a thank you note. The trip back to Clearwater was great. I'm just now able to open my hands from the death grip I had on the steering wheel. I know every a$$ hole on the road was aiming for me. I did get it up to 90 to pass a tractor trailer that was fishtailing at 70 MPH. The urge to punch it crossed my mind several times on the way back. Everyone at work thinks I must be WAY overpaid. I tell them 10 years of saving and they can visit you to do the same thing. When I told one of the doctors what the mileage was,he said it's barely broken in.
Honestly though, I love the car and it does turn a lot of heads, as it well should. Thank you again for making it as painless as possible. Your whole staff are great and thank them for me. If you can contact the original owner and give him my email address it would be great. Although they may not want to, but give it a shot. Thank you, Alan

Arrived at Reynolds at midnight with several people providing thumbs up as they passed the car and did a double look!!! Thanks for ordering the special white sweat shirt as a final part of our deal..... I am a good emissary for you and Jason. Off to Alaska next week and then settling here for about 6 weeks. When I saw the Jaguar online, with the superb presentation, I was intrigued, but still hesitant. After calling and talking to you, I believed you and Naples Jaguar were trustworthy. In the two months since I bought the car and trailer-ed it to my home in Western North Carolina, I have been very happy with this truly fine automobile. It really drives well on these mountain roads. I have been intending to THANK you BOTH for a fantastic car buying experience. I purchased a modestly priced used BMW two weeks ago at your dealership. I am thrilled with the vehicle to date. I have to admit, I have been in many high end automobile dealerships in the past and have not been very pleased with the experience. As we were turning into the dealership I actually mentioned to my wife, Kara, that based on past experience, we were in for another disappointing venture. I could not have been more in the wrong. From the first moment Frank greeted us in his very dapper suit and a generous smile(on an extremely warm day) we felt very comfortable. Joe backed up this feeling once we were introduced and facilitated a very smooth and agreeable transaction. The treatment we received could not have been any better. On top of it all, we arrived home a couple of days later to find a gorgeous bouquet had been delivered by the dealership.
